How it works
No surprises. Eight clear steps from your first enquiry to a fully installed root barrier.
Enquiry
You send a few details via the form. We confirm the basics and book a free site survey.
Site survey
An experienced installer attends, measures the tree and building, and assesses ground conditions.
Soil & root assessment
Where useful, we review BGS soil data and any existing engineer's reports to nail down depth and material.
Fixed quote
You receive a written, fixed-price quote with a clear specification, no day-rate surprises.
Schedule & RAMS
We agree dates, issue method statements and risk assessments, and notify neighbours if needed.
Excavation
We hand-dig where services dictate, mini-dig elsewhere. Spoil is bagged or barrowed to a designated area.
Barrier installation
Membrane is seated, joints mechanically locked or welded, and the installation photographed for your records.
Reinstate & aftercare
Backfill in compacted layers, turf or planting reinstated, installer issues their workmanship guarantee.
