Root Barriers ("we", "us") collects only the personal information you choose to provide via our quote form and email correspondence: name, email, phone, postcode, property details and a description of the issue you'd like us to look at.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a site survey, and provide a quote. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form processing

Submitted forms are delivered to us through a third-party form-handling service. The provider processes data on our behalf in line with their own data protection commitments.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months for the purposes of follow-up, complaint resolution and compliance. After that, records are deleted unless there's a contractual reason to retain them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address provided in your last correspondence with us.
